By entering the "Peak Experience: The Velocio Alps Getaway" (the “Sweepstakes”) you agree to these Official Rules, which form a contract. Without limiting anything else in these Official Rules, the contract formed by your acceptance of these Official Rules includes indemnity obligations on the part of the entrant and a limitation of entrant’s rights and remedies. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes entries are limited to up to 1 entries per person/email address. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 AM Eastern Time on June 15, 2017, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on August 15, 2017. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Partners, or any of the participating fellow obsessives partners: Velocio, Grenier des Alpes or any of those companies’ respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising & promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes entrants agree to these Official Rules and hereby release, discharge and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Sponsor and all participating sponsors partners, and each of such company's’ respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, any damages, personal injury or death, which may arise out of participation in the Sweepstakes or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize. By participating, you agree to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all aspects. All Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER THE PEAK EXPERIENCE: To enter, go to the Official Entry section at www.velocio.cc/peak-experience-the-velocio-alps-getaway and complete all required information on the ‘enter’ page and click ‘confirm email to enter’. Entries are limited to up to 1 per person/email address over the course of the Sweepstakes. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the email address used to submit each entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: (1) One “Grand Prize Package” will be awarded. The Grand Prize Package includes the following:

• Trip for 2 to the French Alps: late-September 2017
• Airfare, rental car from Geneva, Torino or Grenoble airports to La Grave, France: airport destination depending on airfare and availability
• 5 nights stay at Grenier des Alpes in La Grave, France: A private chalet experience in the heart of the old world ski village
• Breakfast included
• Bike rentals included upon request
• A complete Alpine-ready kit of Velocio apparel including jerseys, bib shorts, vest, jacket and accessories

The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Package has an approximate retail value of $ 8,000.00. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution of the Grand Prize Package or any component of the Grand Prize Package (including for cash) will be made except as determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the prize should become unavailable for any reason.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Winners will be selected by a randomized drawing from all eligible entries received before the entry deadline for the Sweepstakes. The drawing will be held on August 16, 2017 at Sponsor’s marketing office located at 228 Maple Street Suite 31B, Middlebury, VT 05753. The potential winner will be notified by email. Winner must reply by telephone or email within 7 days of the initial contact from the Administrator in order for documentation to proceed. Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Waiver document within 7days of receipt, as a condition to receiving the Grand Prize Package. Noncompliance with these Official Rules or if the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim prize, or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Waiver, as required, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will forfeit the Grand Prize Package and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor may request that the winner submit to photographs during the Grand Prize Package redemption or other photograph sessions with one or more media outlets. Sponsor will provide notice to winner of the request prior to Grand Prize Package redemption taking place. Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, entry, and city and state address, for any reason in any medium, without further compensation.

DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, interrupted or unavailable entries or network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer, telephone transmissions, technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, hardware or software malfunctions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt by any entrants to obtain more than the stated allowable number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, profiles or identities will void that entrants’ entries and the entrant may be disqualified. Entrants who violate these Official Rules; violate any law, rule, or regulation in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes; tamper with the operation of the Sweepstakes or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Sweepstakes, or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of New Hampshire, U.S.A. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or any entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes, or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Sweepstakes as planned. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time without notice. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect.

TAX INFORMATION: All taxes and fees on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each winner will receive a 1099 tax form.
