Devin's Pick: ULTRALIGHT RAIN JACKET
It has everything I need and nothing I don't. Cell phone pocket to hold my things and is light weight and packable enough to roll up into the back of a jersey pocket. We get torrential rain here in Atlanta and it has saved me numerous times during unexpected downpours. I never leave home without it.
